Dr. Simpson is an arbitrator with a broad dispute resolution practice.  She is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), where she also serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee.  She is Vice Chair of the Board of the Ray Corollary Initiative, and is Chair of the Women in Dispute Resolution (WIDR) Committee of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section.  Dr. Simpson teaches Conflict Resolution and Management at Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.  She heads Simpson Dispute Resolution in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is an Arbitrator with 33 Bedford Row Chambers in London, U.K.
