Mary Craig Calkins is a partner in Blank Rome’s Los Angeles office. She has more than 30 years of coverage experience, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of policyholders in complex, high stakes directors and officers liability, entertainment and intellectual property coverage disputes, professional errors and omissions, cyber and technology risks, labor and employment matters, product liability, first-party property and business interruption losses. She advises in-house counsel, senior executives, and company management on how to maximize insurance protections. Mary is a Past President of the American College of Coverage Counsel, an honorary organization of the top insurance coverage lawyers in the U.S. and Canada. She is a leader in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, where she is former national co-chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. She currently serves as national Revenue Officer of the Litigation Section and has held leadership positions in the ABA.
