Our presenters:

The Honorable Tony N. Leung (Ret.) is the owner of LeungADR LLC, where he focuses on mediation and arbitration. A nationally respected neutral, he served for 31 years on the federal and state benches, including 14 years as a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota. Judge Leung has resolved hundreds of complex disputes involving commercial, employment, intellectual property, construction, healthcare, class actions, mass torts, and other high-stakes matters. Before joining the bench, he was an equity partner at Faegre & Benson (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath). He earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Ivan Fong is an independent board director of Cboe Global Markets, a leading provider of market infrastructure and trading, clearing and investment solutions. He also serves as treasurer and on the Council of the American Law Institute, as a director of the Center for AI and Digital Policy and LCLD, and on the Leaders Council of the Legal Services Corporation. He is a former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Medtronic plc; Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Policy Officer and Secretary of 3M; General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Cardinal Health; Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice; adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center; partner with the law firm of Covington & Burling LLP; and law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O'Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a graduate of MIT, Stanford Law School and Oxford University.
