Our special guest this week, Elizabeth Pyjov, CEO and Founder of Lead with Compassion and Happiness Sangha
will present on:
Break Free from People-Pleasing
One of the most painful inner experiences we go through that gradually kills our energy and self-worth is people-pleasing.
In this class you’ll understand the roots of people-pleasing and what to do about it.
❉ How to recognize people-pleasing.
❉ Techniques and meditations to end people-pleasing.
❉ How to connect to yourself fully.
This program is a transformative journey to understand, heal, and move beyond people-pleasing patterns through science of the mind and meditation. You’ll learn to prioritize your values and well-being without guilt and to develop a sense of self-worth that doesn't rely on other people.
